Analyze blood, serum or tissue for evidence of diseases using manual methods or automated machines. The results are then repoted to physicians to assist with diagnose/treatment of patients.

Laboratories on campus.
Variable schedule, including weekend hours, dictated by assignments and workload.
Bachelor's degree in clinical lab science.
Certification as a medical technologist (ASCP) is desired.
